The main research directions of the Academy of Sciences are as follows: (1) commissioned scientific research and innovative design services at the provincial and ministerial levels; (2) technical services for the promotion of drainage asphalt pavement (including supporting technical depth development and related equipment development); (3) integrated technical services and quality monitoring for the whole process of subgrade, pavement and bridge structure construction and maintenance; (4) technical services and design for special paving of steel bridge decks; 5, blanket asphalt pavement structure factory prefabricated technical services and platform design; 6, Vipp technology identification analysis and evaluation (similarity evaluation between asphalt (so-called "asphalt fingerprint detection"); 7, SBS, SBR, PE and direct input modifier material research and development; 8, old Pavement service life evaluation and maintenance decision making; 10, full numerical scientific research and mobile laboratory customization; 11, road special equipment research and development and manufacture; 12, asphalt pavement advance pre-maintenance technology development (including permeable resin development, pre-maintenance timing detection and evaluation and field construction); 12, construction method, standard, standard compilation, patent declaration and other road engineering technology development and application.

成科院核心开发人员先后主编参编交通运输部规范及地方标准5部，主持及主要参与科研项目31项，主要开发人员.高获奖“教育部科技进步一等奖”等荣誉。发表核心期刊论文18篇，..58件。国内推广“排水（海绵）沥青”、“地毯式沥青路面”、“同层异道”路面设计、沥青路面沥青指纹识别技术的发起单位。

中国科路泰交通每月面向全国举办沥青路面技术讲座，讲解行业现行技术问题及解决方案，国际.前沿的技术发展。
